What is a Glassie?

  • protection - Glassies are premium tempered glass screen protectors first and foremost. Your phone is your world so we sourced the best materials to keep it safe. (Other companies that don't care about that can kiss our glass. Let us have your back.)
  • expression - Logos, designs, affirmations, your favorite team..etc. on your screen protector. (we know right? We are excited too! We have spent years developing Glassie and it's process to allow you to have designs infused in your screen protector that disappear when your screen turns on.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Don't worry! All you have to do is send us a message to hello@glassie.co with your order number and the appropriate size that you intended to order and we will get a return started for you!

What designs can I get on my Glassie?

We are working on countless lines, collaborations, and licensing partnerships with your favorite franchises from creators, sports, movie studios, to fashion and streetwear icons/brands.

The only thing to worry about is that our drops will be limited editions that won’t stay in stock for long. So when you see something you like, make sure you get one for yourself before it’s too late!

How do I install my Glassie?

Each Glassie comes with detailed instructions on how to install your Glassie. We will also be launching a dedicated page very soon.

Can I place a wholesale order for company/brand?

When will I receive my Glassie?

We want to give you a heads up on what drops are coming to give you enough time to be able to secure your own.

Our pre-orders will typically start 2 - 4 weeks before each drop/collection. The wait is well worth it considering you will have a limited Glassie that will protect your phone and keep you entertained for a long time.

We will typically start sending out our pre-orders immediately upon each official drop, which could take 2 days to 1 week to get to you depending on where you are from.

Will COVID-19 affect my Glassie order?

In view of the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays out of our control. We will do everything in our power to avoid this and figure out how to get your Glassie ASAP! Thanks for your patience. If this is the case, we are here and have your back!

Can I return my Glassie?

Yes! We're 100% committed to making your Glassie experience a great one. All Glassie’s are hand checked by a member of The Glassie team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the quality you are paying for! While we make every possible effort to ensure your Glassie arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things can happen. If you discover a fault with the Glassie(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away at hello@glassie.co . We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your Glassie(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using a credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a potential lead time required by our credit card settlement service provider to set up the credit transaction with your bank.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable. Shipping fee may also be applied.
